Should you not be happy with your purchase then simply return your order along with a copy of your invoice back to us and we will refund your credit card. We do not ask for an explanation nor do we charge a re-stocking fee. We handle returns and exchanges on a weekly basis and will send you an e-mail as soon as your return has been processed.
Should you want to make an exchange then please ship the item(s) back to us along with a copy of your invoice and a note mentioning the item you would like for replacement. Should you have any further questions then please contact us and we will get back to you within one business day.
