What are my shipping options?

All orders are being shipped with USPS.

Continental US

  • Standard Shipping: $4.90 (3-5 business days)

  • FREE Shipping: All Domestic US Orders over $100

  • Rush Shipping (1-2 days): $21.50 - $36.50 (depending on order quantity and shipping weight)

International Orders

  • International Shipping: $10.95 - $22.50 (depending on shipping weight and destination)

  • International Shipping times: Canada = 5-8 business days, Other: 10-15 business days

(note: although very rare, hold up in can delay shipments for up to 30 days)


Why didn’t I receive a tracking number for my international order?

We are not able to provide tracking numbers for International orders. We apologize for any inconvenience. Typically shipments will arrive within 10-12 business days.


Why don’t you ship to my country?

If you do not see your country listed on the drop-down menu at checkout, we are unable to ship there do to frequent issues with package arrival. We are working to find new shipping solutions and hope to ship to all countries in the future. 


How to I track my order?

Once the shipping label of your order has been printed, you will automatically receive an e-mail with the tracking number. If you do not find this shipping confirmation in your e-mail inbox within 24 hours of placing your order, then please check your spam folder.


My tracking number doesn’t work. Why is that?

Please note that the shipping confirmation containing the tracking code is automatically e-mailed to you as soon as the shipping label has been printed. Please note that the tracking code will not be activated until your package is picked up and scanned by the postal carrier. This can take up to 24 hours.


What is your return policy, and how do I make a return?

Any item may be sent back to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, as long as it has not been worn. A full credit for the amount of the products will be issued, however customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

When can I expect to receive my refund/exchange?

We process all returns the Friday after the package is received. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as it is processed. Please note that refunds are issued back to the original card of purchase and take about 3 business days to appear on the card. 


Do you offer color swatches?

We do not have color swatches. But we do have a flexible return policy. Many of our customers simply order a few different colors and styles to match and compare, and then send the ones that don't work back to us for a refund. 


Can you guarantee that the color will match?

We cannot guarantee that ties and pocket squares will match the exact color you're looking for, however you are welcome to send anything you're not happy with back to us for a refund or exchange. 


I see an item that is currently sold out, when will this item be back in stock?

We receive new shipments almost weekly and chances are good that the tie you are looking for will be back in stock very soon. If you like to get a more exact time frame, then please contact us.


I am trying to place an order for multiple ties, but it says the quantity is currently not available. How can I order more of this tie?

You are receiving this message because the tie is currently not in stock in the quantity you need. But because we receive new shipments each week, chances are good that we will have your tie back in stock very soon. If you like to get a more exact time frame, then please contact us.
