Sunset Orange Plaid Tie

An unusual plaid tie by Cantucci. The designer found this fabric in Como Italy at the famous fabric mill Martinioni. The orange-sunset background is decorated with a contemporary charcoal and silver plaid pattern. It is not only the design and the colors that make this piece stand out. Also worth noting is the fabric. Martinioni is a master at weaving thick silk fabrics with incomparable depth and texture. Ties made from these fabrics have excellent drape, luxurious weight, and tie themselves into perfectly dimpled tie knots. This particular tie is a perfect example!
