Drill is a type of cotton fabric known for its durability and sharp diagonal weave. Drill comes in different weights, with a lightweight drill being used for the construction of close such as jackets, shirts and sportswear. Heavyweight drill is usually found in garments that need to stand up to more stress such as work uniforms, military gear and even corsets.
Khaki fabric is the most commonly seen drill fabric, with white chefs uniforms in the second most prevalent use of drill.
