I needed to find a necktie for my church choir. We wanted to find a bright red silk tie and when I called, your customer service person was really helpful in picking a few samples that might work. I received the samples from your store, and they all looked even better than in the pictures. Making a decision for the right tie wasn't easy. In a board meeting we decided for the fine striped red tie. When we ordered 50 of them, they were in stock and shipped to us immediately. Thanks for all the support and great advice. I was a little skeptical at first to order ties on the internet. The pictures on your site looked great and I thought to give it a try. I got the ties today and couldn't believe it. I will do all my necktie shopping at your site. A silk tie in this quality for less than $15 is absolutely amazing. How do you do this? Are you loosing money with those outlet ties?

Overall I am very happy with the quality products and the service. I ordered 4 ties, but one of them was shipped wrong by mistake. They rushed the right tie to me at no extra cost and let me keep the other tie, which I really like too. =)
