Atkinsons is an exclusive boutique designer out of Dublin, Ireland that is known for their traditional repp-stripe and regimental-stripe necktie designs, and this tie is a perfect representation. Narrow stripes in amber-yellow, light-blue, and navy are woven onto the burgundy-red background. A fine repp-pattern on the fabric adds a nice structure.
 
This tie is made from Mogador-silk - a very unique fabric that is commonly used on traditional striped tie. Mogador has a dull shine and slightly stiffer feel.
